How do I add, change, or remove Pulse Survey questions?

Pulse Survey questions are associated with your Launches under each Campaign.

You must be in the Champion App view to add, change, or remove pulse survey questions associated with a Launch. You can make updates to the pulse survey up until the time of the Launch. Once the Launch has posted, you cannot make changes to the pulse survey question.


Navigate to the Champion page following the steps below. Select Go to Champion App from the My Activity.

From the left menu bar, select Campaigns.

When you have set up your Campaign, you will see a list of active Campaigns on the Campaigns creator page.

If you have a Campaign in draft status, select the draft view instead of active view from the drop-down menu of the top tabs.

How to find your Campaign from active or draft or archived view

Click on the Campaign to populate a list of existing Launches. The Launch window will open. Click the three dot menu on the line of the Launch to which you want to add, replace, or remove a Pulse Survey question. 

Open the list of Launches in a Campaign by clicking the (+/-) button next to the Campaign name. Select the Launch to which you want to add, replace, ore remove a pulse survey question by clicking the three dot menu and selecting show.

You can add, change, or remove an existing Pulse Survey question. You can add up to 3 Pulse Survey questions for each Launch.

Note - If you have not set up Launches under your Campaign yet, you will need to do that first before you can add a Pulse Survey question.
