I did not get my Welcome email. Now what?

You did not get your Welcome email. 

  1. Go to the “search” feature in your Inbox and type in the sender email address: info@thelatchplatform.com or the subject line Welcome to Latch! Your login credentials are ready.

If you cannot locate your Welcome email in your Inbox, Spam,  or Junk folders, please contact clientsuccess@thelatchplatform.com.

 

The image below shows how your Welcome email may appear in your Inbox (Junk or Spam). Click on the blue “Login now” button to navigate to the login page where you will be directed to change your temporary password.
