- Did you try to access the video from your Launch notification email link?
- Did you try to find the video after logging in through https://app.thelatchplatform.com/login but couldn't find it?
- Did you try watching the video from your My Activity tab?
- What happened when you clicked on the video play button? Or when you clicked the link Video in your My Activity page?
- Did you get an error message, and what did it say?
