My Video doesn't work! Now what?

A screenshot or video is always helpful for our team to troubleshoot more quickly. 

  1. Did you try to access the video from your Launch notification email link? 
  2. Did you try to find the video after logging in through https://app.thelatchplatform.com/login but couldn't find it? 
  3. Did you try watching the video from your My Activity tab? 
  4. What happened when you clicked on the video play button? Or when you clicked the link Video in your My Activity page? 
  5. Did you get an error message, and what did it say?
