Where can I find and answer my Pulse Survey question?

You can find and answer your Pulse Survey question(s) in two ways. 

1. Launch email - Navigate to the pulse survey question through your Launch notification email. Click the blue VIEW LAUNCH button in your email message. The link takes you to an online pop-up window showing you the Pulse Survey. 

You may have to login with your email address and password first. 

2. My Activity – Log into Latch and open your My Activity page. Click the word Survey (it's a link). If the word Survey is grey, it means you have already answered it.
