I can't find the Password reset email!

Your password reset email is sent to you in response to your request to reset your password for Latch. 

When you click Forgot Password? from the Latch login page, you should receive an email from info@thelatchplatform.com with the subject line Reset your password. 

The email includes a link to help you reset your password.
