What does a positive, neutral, negative sentiment score mean?
The sentiment score graph includes a range of negative thirty (-30) to positive thirty (+30). It is unlikely to see any score outside of this range.
Neutral
A score of -10 to +10 is considered neutral. Comments truly do not point to either a strongly positive or strongly negative reaction or there is not enough data for our AI interface to determine if the sentiment is positive or negative.
Positive
Any score over +10 is anchored on the positive side. The higher the number, the more strongly responses to the Reflect and Act prompts reflect a positive sentiment.
Negative
Any score lower than –10 is anchored on the negative side. The lower the number, the more strongly the responses to the Reflect and Act prompts reflect a negative sentiment.
