How are the scores for behavior and emotion calculated?

The Natural Language Processing AI partner we use classifies 72 different behaviors and 39 unique emotions. All the responses to the Reflect and Act prompts in each Campaign are evaluated for indicators of these behaviors and emotions. 


The score is relative compared to an anchor of zero. The farther away a score moves away from zero, the more strongly the comments in that campaign reflect that behavior or emotion.  


There is no maximum score for a behavior or emotion. Typical scores range between 20-150. A higher score indicates the particular behavior or emotion is being represented more broadly across the entire range of comments.
