Do I need an Act and Reflect for my Launches?

For every Launch, you will need at least a Reflect or an Act prompt. It is also an option to have both.  

The purpose of the Reflect and Act prompts are to engage your teams to share their thoughts and feelings, to initiate internal dialogue amongst colleagues, and to solicit intended actions from individuals that may help that individual and the organization achieve their goals.
